The Antica Locanda La Canonica is at about 47 km from Modena and 49 km from bologna, in the charming ancient village of Montalbano di Zocca.
Montalbano is a small village, near Zocca, easily reachable by car both from Modena and Bologna.

How to reach us from Bologna (click here to view the route):
Follow Bazzanese road in the direction of Crespellano. After Crespellano, when you reach Muffa, you must turn left following the road sign to Zocca and Savigno. Go on following road signs to Zocca (you will easily find them). You will go through the following villages: Monteveglio, Castelletto, Ciano di Zocca, Monteombraro, Zocca. When you reach Zocca, take the first road on the right following the road sign to Montalbano.
How to reach us from Modena (click here to view the route):
Coming from Modena, follow Vignolese road in the direction of Bologna till Vignola. After Vignola reach the small village of Formica, then turn right following the road sign to Guiglia. Go through Guiglia and Rocca Malatina, then go on following the road signs to Zocca. When you reach Zocca, take the first road on the right following the road sign to Montalbano.
